Stan Mitchell, Registered Architect MA, AIA, ASHI, ICBO

Stan Mitchell pioneered the building inspection industry on the West Coast. He also helped to establish a  number of the practice standards for the building  inspection  industry in the United States through his association on the board of Directors of the American  Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).  ASHI is the oldest and largest society of building  inspectors in North America. ABI's objective has always been to provide high quality, thorough, and unbiased service. Inherent in this objective is a technical and practical  knowledge base that greatly  exceeds what  is  available in the local marketplace.

Founder and  President of Architectural Building Inspection, Inc.  (ABI).   
ABI Inc. is a professional consulting service  that provides  pre-purchase  building inspections of residential and commercial buildings, feasibility analyses, troubleshooting building problems, expert witness testimony, condominium reserve inspections, and reserve studies for condominium associations. Established in 1976, ABI Inc. is one of the oldest building inspection companies on the West Coast.
